Totally recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Anjuna. Very beautiful villa with a private pool and caretaker who was making us breakfast/coffee/tea whenever we wanted. The host even provided free snacks at the villa. Location wise as well, the villa is very conveniently located. Just a few minutes drive to any beach or restaurant nearby. Will definitely be coming back to this place.

  • Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
  • To confirm the booking, full payment along with the security deposit is required in advance.
  • This is a smoke-free property. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor areas, such as near the swimming pool.
  • Key information, such as the WiFi password and emergency contacts, can be found in the guest manual.
  • The pool is available for use at your own risk. Please avoid using glass containers and sharp objects near the pool area.
  • Please respect our neighbors by avoiding loud music after 10:00 PM.
  • Pets are not permitted on the property.
  • Large parties or events are not allowed.
  • The number of guests staying at the villa must not exceed the maximum specified in the confirmation email.
  • We request that you maintain the villa’s cleanliness during your stay. Please dispose of trash properly and note that cleaning services are provided every alternate day.
